Lunkenheimer Angle Slurry Valves
Lunkenheimer angle slurry and tank bottom valves are among the highest quality and one of the most technologically advanced slurry valves on the market. Lunkenheimer products are used for severe applications such as: isolation in heavy scale, line and tank blanking in viscous media and isolation on the bottom of tanks or pipes where scale is present in the pipeline. Lunkenheimer utilizes a grinding device to assure positive seating, positive shutoff, self-cleaning and honing of the seat with the ability to handle heavy slurries including saturated and viscous media causing severe scaling in the pipeline. Lunkenheimer provides solutions for applications where heavy scale could prevent a valve from closing, allowing extreme leakage downstream commonly found in mining applications in Alumina, Nickel and Gold processes.
Klein Y-Pattern Slurry Valves
Klein Y-Pattern slurry and tank bottom valves are high quality, straight through profile, easy to automate and one of the most advanced slurry valves on the market. Klein products are used for severe applications such as isolation in heavy scale, line and tank blanking and tapping in viscous media, isolation on the bottom of tanks or pipes where scale is present in the pipeline. Klein utilizes a straight through flow pattern to minimize scale build up and to help assure positive seating, positive shutoff, self-cleaning port orifice and the ability to handle heavy slurries including saturated and viscous media causing sever scaling in the pipeline. Klein provides technology and application expertise where heavy scale can prevent a valve from closing, assisting in eliminating extreme leakage downstream. Klein products are commonly specified in mining applications found in Alumina, Nickel and Gold.
Clarkson
Clarkson slurry valves are among the highest quality and one of the most technologically advanced slurry valves on the market. Clarkson valves are used in severe applications such as man-safe entry isolation, line blanking, double block and bleed and general isolation utilizing dual elastomer seats, bi-directional, zero leakage shutoff, self-cleaning and self-purging to atmosphere during cycle and the ability to handling heavy slurries including saturated and viscous media causing sever scaling in the pipeline. Clarkson valves are used in applications to assist in reducing leakage downstream and are commonly specified in mining, power, and process industries.
